Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. International shipping may require additional fees. Please also note that the shipping rates on items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Generally, goods will ship on the next business day and arrive within 3-7 days within the USA.

Returns & Refunds Policy

OUR RETURN POLICY:
Returnable products: 
We offer returns on clogs and other merchandize for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be in unworn & perfect condition, see below for more details.  
If you have questions or unsure about what size to order, please reach out to us at info@jaxandbard.shoes prior to purchase.

Non-returnable products: 
We do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted, custom orders, monogrammed, or sale items.

Condition for return:
We will only accept returns on perfect clogs. We cannot accept merchandise with signs of wear, including but not limited to marks on the foot bed, outsoles or scuffs on the leather or wood. JAX & BARD is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please pack carefully.

Refund and exchange process:

If you request a refund, you will be automatically refunded to the original form of payment, less initial and return shipping costs ("handling"), within 5-7 business days of arrival at our studio. 

If you request an exchange your new clogs will automatically ship to you upon receipt of your original clogs. You will not be charged outbound shipping again, but if there is a difference in the item price, you'll be charged or refunded back to the original form of payment. Please note that monogrammed or custom orders cannot be returned due to the uniqueness of the item.

Returns are accepted at JAX & BARD's discretion. Returns must be new, unworn, undamaged. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be approved. If a return is not approved, we will reach out to via email to discuss next steps.

Damages and defects: 
We stand by the craftsmanship. If you have any questions or concerns about your clogs, please reach out to us at info@jaxandbard.shoes at any time during the life of your clogs.

Materials:
Our clog bases are made of solid wood, and if struck hard against a hard surface they will chip, scratch or dent. This is the nature of wooden bases, not a material defect. We do not accept returns on clogs that have been chipped, scratched. or dented. To learn more about our clogs and how to care for them. Please refer to our CARE INSTRUCTIONS Tab for more information.
